Goodbye to a real children’s superhero
We were saddened to hear that Dr David Whitebread recently passed away. He was an inspirational and passionate advocate for children and the serious importance of play in their lives. We had the privilege of collaborating with David on several occasions, most recently as a member of the jury of the Play for Change Awards. No-one who knew him will be surprised to hear that his kindness, warmth and dedication to making a difference in children’s lives have left a lasting impact. Our thoughts go to his family and friends.
